 (NADIC) is a joint-venture invested by the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the Nanjing Developing Electronics Systems Co.,Ltd. The Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics has undertaken many high-technology projects and key-tasks of the national 863/CIMS subject; the Nanjing Developing Electronics Systems Co.,Ltd. is a specialized enterprise in research, development and manufacture of Radio Spectrum management, Radio monitoring, Measuring and Direction Finding Locating System, and the network in China.
